Today we introduce premium brand of TQ1 and CS1.

   

TQ1 is super clean hot-work tool steel that combines excellent high-temperature strength and outstanding toughness with excellent heat-checking resistance and high thermal conductivity. It is suitable for advanced casting requirements, including die for large structural automotive components, castings with pronounced cooling fins, complicated dies for automatic gear boxes and components for e-powered vehicles (battery cases).

   

CS1 is a further development of the TQ1 hot work steel, which distinguishes itself by its high levels of both hardness and toughness. With its optimized alloying concept, the CS1 hot work tool steel offers excellent heat resistance, outstanding wear resistance, and optimal temper resistance. The CS1 material is distinguished by an even higher heat resistance while maintaining good toughness. CS1 is applicable to precision castings with fine and complex structures, such as visible parts of motorbikes, automotive cylinder head covers, parts for laptop and mobile phones, electronic items and mechanical parts with tight tolerances in the joining area.
