To better meet market demand, Ningshing is equipped with a large vacuum heat treatment furnace FUL121220, with a maximum loading size of 1200*1200*2000mm, a maximum loading capacity of 7 tons, and a maximum quenching pressure of 15Bar.

   

FUL121220 vacuum quenching furnace adopts a circular furnace design, with good heating uniformity, good cooling uniformity, and high cooling rate. Through the design of 360° heating and 360° blowing, all-round heating and cooling ensure that the workpiece can be subjected to uniform temperature and cooling effects throughout the entire processing process. In addition, the furnace is equipped with four damper return air systems on the upper, lower, left and right sides, which further improves the processing efficiency and quality.
