Intelligent and digital management for Ningshing

  

 

Intelligent and digital management is the key to ensure the efficient operation of our production and processing. For this purpose, we have placed two LCD screens in our factory, one for APS scheduling planner and the other for employee performance. 

    

APS scheduling planner can provide us with dynamic processing plan, 24-hour automatically update scheduling. This allows us to observe the information of each product, its production process, production progress, expected completion time, specific completion time and completion status in real time, so that we can accurately guide our staff to produce according to the plan. Employee performance screen makes the assessment of employee performance open and fair, count the working hours of employees from multiple dimensions. All the data is fair, open and impartial and performance rankings are updated weekly in order to positively motivate employees to work.

   

Every Monday morning, we will have a morning meeting in front of this screen. Summarize the last week's production, analyze the problems and correct them, then better arrange the next week's production plan.

   

With these two screens, we can better manage the production, make the production intelligent and digital, improve efficiency, control costs and bring more quality products and services to our customers.
