HPDC is a kind of manufacturing method for producing various kinds of product forms.In a high pressure die casting process,molten metal or metal ally is injected into a closed steel die cavity. The die contains two parts, core part and cavity part, both of which are mounted to the die casting machine’s platens. The two halves of the die are held together as pressure is applied during the pour.
