Due to business development of Ningshing company, the name of “Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Group Co., Ltd.” has been changed and registered as “Ningbo Ningshing Precision Machinery Group Co., Ltd.” since March 24, 2021.

From now on, new company name is officially used on the internal and external documents, data, invoices, accounts, tax numbers, etc..

After renamed, the business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged. The original contracts are still valid and the original business relationship and service commitment remain unchanged.
