
In order to give new employees a comprehensive understanding of Ningshing Holdings' development history, business philosophy and corporate culture, learn the company's rules and regulations, enhance their professionalism and strengthen their sense of responsibility and belonging, Ningshing Holdings held an orientation training for new employees in 2022 at Ningbo Hotel on 21 September. The training was attended by 89 new employees from the headquarter and subsidiaries.

Mr. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, gave a report entitled "Ningshing's Development History and Corporate Culture", in which she introduced the company's development for entrepreneurship and innovation, inspiration and continuous challenges over the past 20 years from the three stages of Ningshing's development. Gao explained the basic concept, key core and practical effectiveness of Ningshing culture, and introduced the corporate culture with characteristics of Ningshing, which has been accumulated in the process of business development and gathered the wisdom of all Ningshing people. She hoped that everyone could study and understand Ningshing culture in depth based on their career planning, actively inherit the Ningshing spirit, and give full play to their talents, and grow and develop together with the company.

Five outstanding employee representatives from different subsidiaries, which were Shen Guinian, Lu Shengji, Jiang Jie, Cai Yiwei, and Zheng Congcong, shared their growth stories and work experience in Ningshing.
The Human Resources Department explained the "Employee Handbook" and the company's management system.
In this training, Mr. Liu Yue from Mingbo Training Institute was also invited to teach the course "Team Building and Professional Ability Improvement" to help new employees improve their professional ability in terms of team building, structured thinking communication and self-management improvement.
