Ningshing Precision Machinery Group is an enterprise with a sense of social responsibility. While focusing on its own economic development and improving efficiency, it also consciously undertakes social responsibility.
   

At present, Ningshing Precision Machinery Group has a total of 582 employees. With the development of the company, the employment positions provided are still increasing, effectively promoting the solution of the employment problem. At the same time, the company is also concerned about the rights and interests of employees, maintaining the health of employees, issuing labour insurance products for employees, sending high-temperature subsidies. Ningshing has always adhered to the principle of "assets can be depreciated, employees can not be depreciated", focusing on the cultivation of talent. The company organises new staff pre-work training, builds talent echelon, and implements targeted and staged training plans.
   

In addition, Ningshing also actively participates in social welfare activities and practices corporate social responsibility. The "one-day charity donation" and "blood donation" are the two public welfare activities with the widest participation within Ningshing Holdings. Over the years, the company seeks to develop together, and at the same time, constantly strengthens the consciousness of all staff to care for the society and dedicate to the society, and integrates Ningshing's responsibility of feeding the society into the development of the company.
