Bring together new forces and new future | Ningshing Holding holds 2023 new employee induction training

   

In order to help new employees fully understand the company's development history and corporate culture, quickly integrate into the Ningshing team, and enhance the sense of responsibility and belonging to the company, Ningshing Holdings held the 2023 new employee induction training at the New Riyue Yucai Hotel in Ningbo on September 19. 61 new employees from various companies participated in the training.

   

   

Gao Ping, vice chairman and Party secretary of Ningshing Holdings, taught the first lesson for new employees with the title of "Ningshing's development history and Corporate Culture". From the three stages of Ningshing's development, Mr. Gao narrated the company's struggle course of entrepreneurship and innovation in the past 30 years, demonstrated the solid business foundation and broad development space of Ningshing from the diversified development of various sectors, and interpreted the corporate culture with Ningshing characteristics from the basic concept, key core and practical results of Ningshing culture. She asked everyone to deeply learn, inherit and develop Ningshing culture, cherish the opportunity, based on their own, gather new momentum for the development of the company and stimulate new vitality.

   

   

Zheng Hui, Wu Bin and Wei Xiaobo, three outstanding staff representatives from different sectors, shared their stories of struggle and growth and work experience in Ningshing. The Human Resources Department explained the Employee Handbook and the company's management system. The training also invited practical lecturer Liu Shuyin to teach "the mind and methods of Workplace effectiveness Transition", from two dimensions of operator thinking transformation and structural thinking training to help new employees improve workplace effectiveness.
