On July 7, 2023, Ningshing Precision Machinery Group 2023 semi-annual business work meeting was held in the conference room on the third floor of the group, and more than 50 people including the group management team, various companies and department assistants attended the meeting.

   

The meeting was chaired by Huang Yongzeng, chairman of the group. First of all, the heads of the participating companies and departments compared with the annual work plan, combined with the annual business plan to sort out and decompose the target, and comprehensively reported the production and operation management in the first half of the year; In view of the main problems and shortcomings existing in the current operation, carefully analyze, implement specific measures and methods, and put forward the production and operation management objectives and key work plans for the second half of the year.

   

General Manager Yan Jianbin made a semi-annual work report on behalf of the general manager office of the group, which summarized the overall business situation and the completion of key work in the first half of the year, and analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings. It pointed out that in the first half of the year, faced with various difficulties such as overcapacity in all walks of life, increasingly serious internal volume, declining market demand, and market fluctuations, the company overcame difficulties and actively responded, and the two main businesses made steady progress, completing sales of 1.02 billion yuan, an increase of 5.35%.

   

The report makes it clear that the business idea in the second half of the year is: comprehensively promote the production and operation mode of "big resources and big sales" and further expand the market scale; Vigorously promote the mold industry chain integration service comprehensive supplier construction, to further create industrial chain advantages; Strengthen the management of operating liquidity and risk control system to ensure the stable operation and quality development of the company.
