HMD flame hardening steel quenching temperature range is very wide, 850 ~ 1000 ° C, quenching in the temperature range of about 150 ° C, can obtain satisfactory results, so adapt to manual operation quenching, you can use oxyacetylene spray gun or other heaters, air cooling quenching after heating, after quenching can be used directly. Therefore, it has high hardenability, high surface hardness after air cooling, good performance of the heart, and small quenching deformation.
