June 1992, Ningshing Special-Steel was established by Ningbo Economic and Technology Trading company, that is precursor of Ningshing Holdings Cooperation. The main business is in Steel and Wood.
2002
It was renamed in to Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Trading Co., Ltd after structural reform, with main business in Special-Steel trading.
2006
The company purchased 40 acres of land in a area industry Hongtang, Jiangbei Ningbo, built office building and warehouses, moved the office from Lulin market to Hongtang, and officially changed its name to Ningbo Ningshing Special Steel Industry Co., Ltd.
2007
Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd was established for internatiol trading.
2008
The company has become the Sole Agent of the German KIND&CO steel mill in mainland China for die casting material. Shanghai Ningshing Special-Steel Trading Co., Ltd was established for expanding the business to East China. Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Vacuum Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. was founded. It is namely the later Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Mould and Technology Co., Ltd. It is aiming for business of high technology and excellent service.
2009
We set up Guangdong Ningshing Special-Steel Trading Co., Ltd for expanding business to South China.
2010
Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Machinery Company was set up, taking charge of rough and high-precision Prcessing. With more subsidiaries and business development, Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Industry Group Co., Ltd was renamed in to Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Group Co., Ltd. Officially it is on a path to collectivization operation.
2011
Sichuan Ningshing Special-Steel Technology Co., Ltd. was founded for West China's market.
2012
Tianjin Ningte Mould Technology Co., Ltd was founded for North China's market.
2014
Sichuan Ningshing Changcheng Special-Steel Co., Ltd was founded. As a joint venture company of Ningshing and Changcheng Mill, it was renamed Sichuan Ningshing Special-Steel Technology Co., Ltd.
2015
Ningshing Special Steel Group and CISRI-HD have carried out strategic cooperation to realize close cooperation in high-end special steel materials.
2016
Jiangsu Ningshing Tiangong Mould Technology Co., Ltd. was founded. As a joint venture company of Ningshing and the Tiangong mill.
2017
Ningshing Special-Steel Group cooperated with Jiangsu Hengli Machine Tool Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture company, Jiangsu Ningshing Hengli Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., dedicated to the development, manufacture, sales and technical services of high-efficiency intelligent processing equipment and complete production lines. The rapid distribution industry chain provides intelligent processing equipment.
2018
With the changes of the times, Ningshing Special-Steel keeps advancing with the times, develops and innovates, integrates the advantageous resources of related industries, optimizes the special steel industry chain, and creates the "Production, Sales, Research, Finance" industrial ecosystem.
In June, the company improved its market network layout in central China and established Hubei Ningshing Mold Technology Co., Ltd. In October, the company further extended the industrial chain, entered the field of precision machining of mold base manufacturing, and established Ningbo Ningshing Precision Manufacture Co., Ltd.
2019
In April, Ningshing Special-Steel Group and Xining Special Steel jointly established Ningbo Ningshing Xigang Machinery Co., Ltd., integrating the excellent special steel industry chain, fast and accurate distribution, and serving the machinery industry.
2021
In March, Ningbo Ningshing Special-Steel Group Co., Ltd. changed its name to "Ningbo Ningshing Precision Machinery Group Co., Ltd.". In the same year, the company proposed an upgrading plan for its development plan, clarified two main businesses of special steel trading and intelligent precision manufacturing, and achieved high-quality and efficient development.
