In 2017, Ningshing Special-Steel Group Co. Ltd. and Jiangsu Hengli Machine Tool Co., Ltd. Which is a National High-Tech Enterprise, jointly invested and successfully developed the CNC Circular Sawing and Milling Machines. In order to further give play to the advantages, extend the industrial chain and jointly build a leading enterprise in intelligent high-end equipment manufacturing industry, the two parties reached consensus to carry out new and more comprehensive strategic cooperation.
In the morning of August 15, 2020, the strategic cooperation kick-off meeting between Ningshing Special-Steel and Jiangsu Hengli was held in Jiangsu Hengli Machine Tool. President Mr. Huang Yongzeng of Ningshing Holdings, the chairman Mr. Wang Wentong of Ningshing Special-Steel, the Deputy GM Mr. Chen Yaning of Ningshing Special-Steel and the chairman Mr.Zhong Qiu of Jiangsu Hengli Machine Tools attended the meeting. Meanwhile, more than 50 people of senior management team and staff representatives from Hengli Machine Tool and Ningshing Hengli also attended this meeting.
Zhong Qiu, the chairman of Hengli Machine tool and Wang Wentong, the chairman of Ningshing Special-Steel, made important speeches on behalf of both parties. Chairman Zhong pointed out that this strategic cooperation is a milestone in the development history of Hengli. He expounded the necessity and urgency of bilateral cooperation and put forward the hope for the newly formed management team. Chairman Wang proposed the foundation of cooperation with Hengli and the development goals and prospects for the next 3-5 years.
